Tall Tales, History of The Martini

The Tall Tales are a series of cocktail classes that delve into the stories behind the cocktails. The Martini is by far the most recognizable cocktail in the world. Noel Coward once suggested that the perfect martini should be made by “filling a glass with gin then waving it in the general direction of Italy”, and in the first series of Tall Tales we look back at the creation and development of this American icon.
